When selecting a bank transfer as your payment option:

- Distributors should be aware that bank transfers will delay ADP shipments
- Monitor the approval and release of funds each month with your bank

- If no one is home at the time of delivery, Interlink will attempt to contact the distributor directly provided a telephone number is available. If no telephone number is available, a second attempt will be made before the product is returned as undeliverable.

Returns:
Please call Customer Service at 800.684.002 to confirm and authorize any returns. If the product arrives damaged or if the order could not be delivered because of address, refunds can be provided at 100%. If you refuse delivery, orders will be refunded at 90% (less shipping and handling).

Commission Payment Information:
Option 1 (Best)
- Direct Deposit
- Fax customer service at 800.684.003 your authorization (signature) accompanied by your IBAN and BIC bank account and routing information. Customer Service cannot take this information over the phone.
Option 2 Euro Cheque
- Euro cheque(cheques are subject to additional banking and processing fees)
- PowerStart is mailed each Friday (for previous week's commissions)
- Unilevel mailed on the 20th of each month for the previous months' commission
The following draft or direct deposit fees may be deducted from your commission payments:
- Direct Deposit – €2,00
- Draft - €5,00
Cheque Reissue Standards
- When cheques are returned to XANGO to be combined into a USD cheque or to be Direct Deposited into a bank account XANGO will absorb the 10 EUR cheque fee on the first occurrence.
- After the 1st time the distributor will be charged 10 EUR per cheque to be reissued as a USD cheque or Direct Deposit.
- In order to have a missing cheque reissued the distributor will need to report it missing within 45 days of the issue date, and verify the address to which the cheque was sent.
- Anything reported missing beyond the 45 days will be charged 20 EUR per cheque to the distributor’s account.

Distributorship Renewal:
The way to renew your distributorship for one more year is by paying the € 20,00 Annual Renewal & Materials Fee. This fee covers the cost of all communications, updates and mailings for the upcoming year. It also allows you to continue buying product at the wholesale price and to continue participating in the XANGO compensation plan.

New Distributor Sign-up Information:
Choose one of three ways to sponsor a new XANGO distributor:
1. Online
- Go to http://www.myxango.ie
- Enter your Distributor ID and Password
- Select “New Sign-up”
- Select the region where your new distributor is located
- Complete the online distributor application
2. Phone
- With your new distributor present, call Customer Service at 800.684.002
- Follow instructions from Customer Service agent
3. Fax
- Fill out a distributor application and fax to customer service. If you don’t have an application, you can download the form by following these instructions:
- Go to http://www.myxango.ie
- Enter your Distributor ID and Password
- Select “Business Tools”
- Select “Library”
- Select the “Distributor Agreement” link under Australia documents
- Print the form
